Subo al PUERTO de NAVACERRADA con FRIO y NIEVE, camino a Cantalejo para asistir a LA LEYENDA 24

One more year I return to Cantalejo to participate in La Leyenda Continua 2024. This year I am going to do Route La Leyenda 24 alone and on tracks with my Yamaha Tenere 700 World Raid. Loaded to the rafters with camping equipment, I woke up on the second day of the trip at Camping Monfragüe where I had spent the night. The plan for the day is to arrive at Aldea del Fresno in Madrid to meet up with 2 other colleagues and continue along the national route to Cantalejo. We passed through the Navacerrada pass where we were caught in snow and cold, and I had a hard time with my hands frozen despite the heated gloves that, by chance, ran out of battery just before starting the ascent to the pass. We arrive in Cantalejo and once the registration for the Continuing Legend 2024 is completed, I set up the tent and drink 4 beers in one gulp.
