PFAS and Public Health

This webinar will provide an overview of what PFAS are and what they are or were used for, their presence in the environment and consumer products, and their health effects. Current and proposed regulations that are applicable to PFAS (e.g., drinking water standards) will also be discussed. This webinar will provide an overview of this topic to provide practitioners with a foundation for a better understanding of PFAS, why they have emerged as a defining issue for public health, and what is being done to address it.
