Matcha Cake with Strawberry Frosting 18 x 27 cm Dough 335 g flour 2.5 tbsp matcha powder 1.75 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 170 g butter 360 g sugar 3 large eggs or 4 medium eggs 1 tbsp vanilla extract 180 g yogurt 120 ml milk Syrup 2.5 tsp matcha powder 3 tbsp water 150 ml milk 200 g sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp vanilla extract Frosting 250 g quark (or cream cheese) 200 ml heavy cream 1 packet whipped cream (or similar) 3 tbsp powdered sugar 30 g freeze-dried strawberries, ground 1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions: Prepare the dough and bake. Soak the still-warm cake directly with the syrup. Optionally, level the surface slightly. Let it cool completely. Whip the frosting, spread it on the cake, and decorate with strawberries, cherry blossoms, and strawberry powder. Store in the refrigerator. #GlennkillASheepMystery
