10 Minute Barre Arm Toning Workout with Dumbbells for Beginners & Seniors
Shape your arms with this sculpting and toning arm workout using barre inspired movements. Perfect for beginners and seniors or anyone seeking long lean muscles! Join me for a great 10 minute arm and shoulder workout using dumbbells. I'm using 3 pound light hand weights. I recommend staying with light weights, water bottles or soup cans. There are no breaks and this is a barre toning workout so the focus is more on endurance and toning rather than strength. Both are important! Always go at your own pace and take a break if you need to. Make sure you are warmed up before completing this workout especially if you have joint pain. I am doing this workout in a standing position, however, it can be completed in a chair as well. This workout is great for beginners and seniors because it is done at a slow pace and I cue you to ensure proper form at all times. For a shapely arm look we will exercise the entire upper body: the biceps, triceps, upper back, shoulders and forearms using fun and unique moves that are never boring.
