Homemade Thai Chili Paste/Nam Prik Pao (น้ำพริกเผา)

250 g of Shallots, thinly sliced 1 head bulb of Garlic, thinly sliced 25 g of galangal sliced 60 g of Dried Shrimps, soaked in water for 10 minutes, drained 50 g of Big Dried Chilies wash and cut into smaller pieces 15 g of Small Dried Chilies, wash it 1 tsp Roasted Shrimp Paste 50 g Palm Sugar 100 g of Tamarind Liquid 5 Tbsp of Fish Sauce 1 tsp of salt 2 Cup of Soya oil or Peanut oil This chili paste is the MAIN INGREDIENTS to use in Tom Yum soup beside adding fresh lemongrass stalk,galangal,garlic,shallots and kaffir lime leaf.
