I'm a software engineer who helps other developers get control over their career growth and increase their income. On this channel, I share the unconventional strategies I've used to navigate the tech industry, from starting as a support specialist to becoming a senior engineer in just 2 years. How I got here… 2021: Graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, while working as a support specialist, earning €1.2k/month after taxes. I spent years there, hoping to transition into a development role internally. 2023: Realized I needed to make a change and landed my first programming job, even though it meant a temporary pay cut to €1.1k/month. 2023: After 6 months and significant contributions, my request for a promotion was met with resistance. This was a turning point. 2024 winter: I accepted offers from two companies, working both jobs simultaneously and earning a combined €7.3k/month. 2024 autumn: Left one of the companies due to micromanagement and a lack of trust, while thriving at the second company. 2025: Faked 3 more years of experience. Landed a senior engineer position with a salary of €4.3k/month after taxes. Started this channel. Today, I'm sharing the lessons I've learned to help you avoid the pitfalls of a traditional career ladder and take control of your professional growth. I believe transparency and community will make you to achieve your financial and career goals. The tech industry is a game, and i want you to learn the rules to win. Please, start making more money.
