CANNING JARS COMPARISON- testing & comparing Aussie Mason Jars and Ball Mason Jars

Over a decade ago we purchased our Ball mason jars in Australia via Aussie Mason. These have been great quality and have lasted us years. But due to a recent mishap and gifting over the years, we needed some new jars. So I recently bought some more Ball mason jars and also for the first time Aussie Mason jars too. This is the follow-up video to that one where I took you along with me to the Aussie Mason warehouse in Carrum, Victoria, Australia to pick up my jar order. In this share I compare the Aussie Mason Jars with the Ball Mason Jars. In the comparison of the canning jars, I do two different recipes. One with a 25 minute canning time (Ball beef pot roast canning) and one with a much longer 1.5hr canning time (beef stock canning). I also compare the jars side by side and make some interesting observations on the dimensions of the canning jars and volume.
