How to Make Nasi Goreng: Indonesian Fried Rice the Dutch Way

I make it without pork, using smoked turkey breast alongside the chicken for a rich, smoky depth. The rice gets seasoned with ketjap manis, sambal, and a splash of fish sauce, then topped with a fried egg and an omelette folded through the rice. 📝 Full written recipe & blog post: https://www.toineskitchen.com/recipes...
