Pruning Blueberry Basics

In this video Angelee highlights the nuances of pruning container grown blueberries, young and older specimens, as well as a specialty half-high blueberry. You'll see 4 basic pruning principles in practice: 1. Remove dead, diseased, and damaged stems and branches. 2. Remove non-productive branches, little buds, or weak branches that won’t support the weight of berry clusters. 3. Remove crossing branches to prevent rubbing, and low hanging branches. 4.
