Without such preparation, effectiveness may be absent or quite low. This course is for those interested in memories of the past: about the past in the present life, which we tend to forget; about past incarnations of the eternal soul; about possible memories of fragments from past incarnations of the eternal soul. These are questions of faith or curiosity. It's different for everyone. This practice is designed to achieve a resourceful state. ---------------- Meditation practices for finding pleasant memories work by exploiting our brain's ability to blur the line between real and imagined experiences. When you recall a pleasant event in detail, your brain triggers the same biochemical processes as when it happened. Here's how this mechanism works: 1. Activation of the "neural circuit of joy" A memory isn't a static folder with a file, but a living network of neurons. By returning to pleasant moments, love, or safety, you reactivate this network. The brain quickly triggers the release of "happiness hormones": dopamine (anticipation and joy), serotonin (satisfaction), and oxytocin (a sense of connection and safety). 2. Engaging all sensory channels Visual: You mentally reconstruct the image (colors, light, people's faces). Auditory: You recall sounds (laughter, the sound of the sea, your favorite music). Kinesthetic: You recreate sensations (the warmth of the sun on your skin, a hug, the taste of food) and emotions. Digital: Thoughts emerge ("At that moment, I was truly valued and loved"). The more channels are activated, the stronger the physiological response. The brain has a negative bias—it's evolutionarily programmed to remember negative things better in order to survive. Meditating on pleasant memories redirects attention to the positive. Regular practice yields interesting results—the brain becomes more able to notice good moments in the present. When you're feeling burnt out, you can mentally recall a pleasant memory. Neurons will send the signal "I'm safe" to your brain, cortisol levels will decrease, your heart rate will slow, and your muscles will relax. ------ Get comfortable, away from unnecessary noise and messages from your devices. Allow yourself to immerse yourself in your inner world so that forgotten memories can emerge from the subconscious, emerging from deep memory cells. There's no need to rush in this case. The digital channel manifests as an "inner commentator." These are thoughts that analyze the process ("Am I doing everything right?", "I can't remember anything," "How much time has passed?"...). The goal of meditation is to gently redirect this logical channel to simple observation without analysis. Your subconscious gradually engages in a process of emotional visualizations and expanding the experience of communicating with the inner world of the soul. Repeat this practice for results. By repeating the meditation, you can repeatedly receive new memories or delve deeper into previous ones. Share your results from the practices in the comments.
