This time, I'm sharing my evening routine with my son who has a disability. From helping him eat dinner, brushing his teeth, transferring him to bed, and getting him to sleep. I tried to keep our usual evening routine as close to reality as possible. Raising a child with a disability is incredibly difficult. There are days when you have no time, energy, or emotional reserves. But even then, it's important not to neglect yourself, even just a little. Taking a small step to cheer yourself up is a crucial point that eases your mind. "Taking care of yourself" can be surprisingly small actions.
