The Federal Assault ship is the mid-priced ship in the Dropship line from Core Dynamics - specifically designed for Federation Officers and closely specced to one of it's rivals - the Alliance Chieftain. It's got the least number of hardpoints in the Dropship line, but are hardpoint numbers the only thing that determine the outcome of a battle?
