ROCHAS SKIN VOICE LINES - Concept for Forsaken, John doe Skin

I was up all night and this came to me in a weird thought, so i figured why not give it a go? It's heavily based on my interpretation that skin is Rochas himself, unwillingly being puppeted by the tree in order to "Spread the seeds and roots" to the survivors. I imagine he has the voice of a pre-teen, and he is scared out of his right mind as his body moves outside of his own volition.
