Polícia realiza operação em Paraisópolis (SP) para buscar suspeitos de atirar em PM

A police operation is underway in the Paraisópolis community, in the southern zone of São Paulo, to search for the suspects who shot Corporal Thiago Pereira. The crime occurred when the officer saw two robbers approaching a woman and intervened. During the exchange of gunfire, he was shot and had his weapon stolen. The attack took place near a gym in Morumbi. Two days earlier, another robbery was reported in front of the same establishment, and the police are investigating whether the crimes are related. Approximately 600 officers have been mobilized to locate those responsible for the attack against Corporal Thiago. During the searches, a drug den was found, containing various types of drugs ready for distribution. The operation has already seized approximately 40 kilos of drugs, including cocaine and marijuana derivatives.
