Callos con garbanzos | De Dani y Noelia

I saw this tripe with chickpeas on Dani García's TVE show, with Noelia as a guest. Noelia is a fellow cook on the social network and app Cookpad, and a truly talented cook! So, I saw the #tripe with #chickpeas and it didn't take me long to jot down the #stew to make it myself. The only thing I didn't add was cumin, half because I'm not a big fan of it, and half because I ended up forgetting to add even a tiny bit, which, if you don't overdo it, is great. Anyway, I still have a Tupperware of frozen tripe that I'm saving as a keepsake to treat myself one of these days.
