Easy DIY milli-ohm meter using your existing DMM

Easy to make mill-ohm meter that uses your existing DMM. This could be really helpful a shorted capacitor, MOSFET, other shorted component on a computer power rail. The brilliant thing about this circuit is that is uses a diode to limit the output voltage across the test probes to .7 volts and that make it CPU safe.
