When flyers don't stay tight in coed stunts | Game Film
During coed stunts, both the flyer and the base have a BIG list of responsibilities that can be summed up into two rules...Toss high and Stay tight. If the flyer is not tight, there are 3 areas of the body that we can look to strengthen for improvement. The adductors of the hip, the glutes, and the lower leg. If your flyers are having the same problem as the one presented here, these three exercises should become a routine part of your training. Each should be done at least 2x per week with 3 sets of 15 reps for each. www.thecheerdoc.com www.hitzeronutrition.com
