Take 3-boiled potatoes, peel, and grate them. 2. Add grated potatoes to 1 cup bajra flour. 3. Add add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp carom seeds, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 2-chopped chilis, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp grated ginger, and 2-3 tsp of coriander leaves to the flour. 4. Add water gradually and prepare a soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes to set 5. Apply oil to your hands and punch the dough a little and break it into small lumps. 6. Roll the dough lumps into a slightly thick poori. 7. Fry the pooris in medium-high hot oil over medium flame. 8. Fry all the pooris till golden brown from both sides. 9.
