Woman with 2023 DUI (0.34% BAC) Appears to be Driving Impaired Again

The 41-year-old driver of the at-fault vehicle is no stranger to this YouTube channel. She was arrested in August 2023 for Operating a Vehicle Impaired (OVI). She was convicted of the charge and her driver's license was suspended. In today's video, she appears impaired and is driving on a suspended license. Despite her level of impairment, the officers failed to charge her another OVI.
