Crispy Tofu Fingers | Meatless Monday Meals 😋

Welcome back to Meatless Monday Meals! 🌱 This week I'm making crispy tofu fingers with a creamy gochujang dipping sauce. They're crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside, and surprisingly easy to make in the air fryer. If you try them, let me know what you think in the comments. Crispy Tofu Fingers Ingredients 16 oz extra-firm tofu, cut into 12 sticks ½ cup all-purpose flour ½ cup water (plus more as needed) ½ cup panko breadcrumbs 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp smoked paprika ¼ tsp black pepper ½ tsp salt Instructions Mix flour and water to create a thin batter. In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and seasonings. Dip each tofu stick into the batter, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Air fry at 370°F for 8 minutes. Flip and air fry for another 8 minutes. Creamy Gochujang Sauce Ingredients 2 tbsp tahini 1 tbsp gochujang 2 tsp rice vinegar 2 tsp maple syrup Water, as needed Instructions Mix all ingredients together.
