Zomertour 2026 | Dag 4: Kijken bij een nieuwe spotsprayer en schoffeltrekker

The first stop of the fourth day is HuizingHarvest in Emmen (Dr.). Owner Nico Huizing founded the company to support manufacturers, dealers, and end-users worldwide. Next, the editors head to Geesbrug (Dr.). Just outside the village, arable farmer Bastian van der Veen has put a new spot sprayer into operation: the Spoty 9300 from Photoheyler. The farmer has since also become an importer of this German brand. After the editors have seen the spot sprayer in action, the Summer Tour visits Hengers in Klazienaveen (Dr.). Owners Gerry Vos and Henry Meijering have built an implement carrier in collaboration with machine builder Macon in Kraggenburg (Fl.). Finally, the editorial duo finds a place to stay at the Van Boven partnership in Erica (Dr.). Editors Jasper Lentz and Chris Vlaanderen are going on a world tour through the Netherlands on a Valtra S346 during the LandbouwMechanisatie Summer Tour. They are driving from America in Limburg to Polen in Groningen in six days. During the six-day trip, the editors visit arable farmers, contractors, machine manufacturers, importers, and dealers. The duo spends the nights in a tent suspended on a frame in the tractor's three-point hitch.
