We tried to fix it at home, we opened the bike and put the belt back in place, but we realized it still wasn't working properly. We went looking for tools, tried again, but couldn't solve the problem. We've already contacted technical support and are waiting for a solution. I confess I was quite upset about the situation, but I took the opportunity to channel it in a positive way: I cleaned the living room and rearranged the furniture.
