Hiliseu Crisan after floods 2010

"We heard about the floods in Dorohoi the next day but about the floods in Hiliseu Horea we heard only three weeks later after it happened, because the village is quite isolated. The Foundations/Organizations that came with help remained only in Dorohoi to help, without moving to other areas in need.
