Margaret's Mandala Mosaic Part 1 Friday 19 March 2021

My friend Margaret got in touch with me asking for a decorative mosaic that would reminder her of her life in India. Margaret sent me a delightful Rangoli design that appealed to her. A Rangoli pattern is often created in rice water, flower petals or pigments as a way to bless the home. It is an embodiment of a painted prayer. I am creating this Mandala Mosaic for my friend's garden.... and we are still in Lockdown!
