How We Approach a New Black Diamond Trail | Predator Sight Lap

Today we're checking out Predator for the first time and doing a proper sight lap of the upper section. Since Predator is a black-rated trail, the goal isn't to ride it at full speed right away. Instead, we're looking for the best lines, identifying sections that require commitment, and figuring out what we'd ride differently on future runs. One of the biggest mistakes riders make on a new trail is rushing the process and committing to lines before fully understanding the feature. In this video, we break down our decision-making process and show how we approach technical terrain on a first run.
