My McDonald’s Order… But Better! 🍔

MY McDONALD’S ORDER… BUT BETTER! 🍔💪 | Bodybuilder Big Macs (Seed Oil-Free) As many of you know, I’ve been seed oil-free for nearly six months, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health. So when I saw the “My McDonald’s Order” trend, I decided to make my own healthier, high-protein version at home! Today’s Feeding Time features two Bodybuilder Big Macs, each packed with 60+ grams of protein, paired with crispy beef tallow & sea salt fries cooked in the Big Guy Air Fryer. INGREDIENTS Bodybuilder Big Macs 2 Naked Hamburger Buns (Seed Oil-Free) Use the bottom bun from each hamburger bun as the middle layer, just like a traditional Big Mac. Each burger uses one top bun and two bottom buns—one as the bottom bun and one as the center “club” layer. 1 lb Organic 93% Lean Grass-Fed Ground Beef (divided into four ¼-pound patties) 4 slices American cheese (2 slices per burger) Shredded iceberg lettuce Finely chopped white onion Dill pickle slices Salt & pepper to taste Homemade Big Mac Sauce ½ cup avocado oil mayonnaise 2 tbsp dill pickle relish 1 tsp yellow mustard 1 tsp white vinegar ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp garlic powder Pinch of sea salt Mix everything together and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes before serving for the best flavor. HOW TO MAKE THE BURGERS 1. Divide the pound of beef into four equal ¼-pound patties. 2. Season both sides with sea salt and black pepper. 3. Cook the patties on a hot skillet or griddle for approximately 3–4 minutes per side, depending on your preferred doneness. 4. Add a slice of American cheese to each patty during the final minute of cooking. Assemble Each Big Mac Each burger uses: 1 top bun 2 bottom buns (one as the bottom bun and one as the middle layer) Assembly: Bottom bun ⬇️ Homemade Big Mac Sauce ⬇️ Shredded iceberg lettuce ⬇️ Chopped white onions ⬇️ Dill pickle slices ⬇️ Cheeseburger patty with melted cheese ⬇️ Second bottom bun (used as the traditional Big Mac middle layer) ⬇️ More Homemade Big Mac Sauce ⬇️ Shredded iceberg lettuce ⬇️ Chopped white onions ⬇️ Dill pickle slices ⬇️ Second cheeseburger patty with melted cheese ⬇️ Top bun Fries For the fries, I used Jesse & Ben’s Beef Tallow & Sea Salt House Cut Fries, which I picked up at Sprouts. They’re also available at select grocery stores depending on your area. Cook them in the air fryer according to the package directions until they’re golden brown and crispy, then finish with a little extra sea salt if desired. Healthy eating doesn’t mean giving up the foods you love. With quality ingredients and a few simple swaps, you can enjoy incredible meals while avoiding the seed oils and many of the highly processed ingredients commonly found in fast food and restaurant meals. 🥩 Ryback TV Feeding Time – Every Monday! 🕘 9:00 AM Pacific | 12:00 PM Eastern If you enjoyed today’s episode, be sure to LIKE the video, SUBSCRIBE to Ryback TV, and let me know in the comments what healthier meal you’d like to see me recreate next!
