Sibriex are some of the oldest entities in the multiverse of dungeons and dragons, they are the result of lesser Obyrith demons who poured through a vast living portal into an entirely different multiverse from their own, but got horrifically blended together and regurgitated by the newly formed Abyss, in vast flesh pits and lakes of revolting fluids.
