Watercolor translucent painting for beginners. Simple and quick little flower, YOU CAN do this

Playing with blending and a translucence technique. I'm using the push and pull technique and “lifting” with a dry large brush. When you lift the paint from each petal/leaf, you leave a dark line of color around the outside of the petal or leaf. As well as leave some white space at the tips of the petals. In my early years as a student, (and I still consider myself a student!), I would have loved it if my teacher made available to me her lesson reference materials.
