EMBARRASSING END... 😞 | TPC River Highlands Final Round | Golf+ VR

The VR Travelers Championship came to an end at TPC River Highlands, and Jack had no excuses after the final round. When asked about the tournament, Jack simply said: "It was embarrassing. I let my fans down, I let myself down. This is why I was relegated." Round 4 summed up the week. Jack never looked comfortable and struggled to create birdie opportunities. The putter couldn't rescue him either, with no one-putts on the front nine and very few realistic birdie chances. A bogey on the 4th put him behind the pace before his first birdie finally arrived on the par-5 6th. Another bogey on the 8th left Jack frustrated, and after nine holes it already felt like any hopes of climbing the leaderboard had disappeared. The back nine was at least more respectable. Birdies on 10, 12, 13 and 15 showed flashes of the golf Jack knows he's capable of, and he needed just seven putts over the opening six holes of the inward nine. But the frustration boiled over on the 17th. After missing an 8-foot birdie putt, Jack admitted he completely lost his composure and intentionally missed the next putt in anger, wanting the round to be over as quickly as possible. The final score of 2-under 68 left Jack at 20-under for the tournament, well outside the top 200 and asking some difficult questions about where the event went wrong.
