#r93 After Work 🫶☀️🤩 Jumping 30 Minuten Easy Rebounder Workout

Hello everyone, I had to take advantage of the beautiful weather, so I filmed another video for you. This one is a bit shorter and less intense—just the thing if you want to get in a little exercise after work. Perfect for when the temperatures start rising again. Many of you have asked me for a trampoline recommendation. That's a tricky one. I can honestly only recommend the bellicon®. In my experience, it's the best on the market. Many cheaper trampolines have weaknesses: they're not stable, they wobble or squeak, and they don't bounce as smoothly as the bellicon®. Also, only with bellicon® can you choose the resistance of the elastic bands, which is essential. Lighter people need a different resistance (elastic band thickness) than heavier people. Otherwise, the bounce isn't as good; it's too hard or too soft. Another advantage of bellicon® is that you can get replacement parts. The elastic bands wear out over the years, and it's good to be able to replace them so you don't have to buy a whole new trampoline. This works perfectly with bellicon®. Many people I know initially spent €150 on a cheaper trampoline and later regretted not having bought a bellicon® right away. I can confirm this from my own experience.
