250 Skid Steer Electrical Issue, IT WILL NOT START!

The Skid Loader Will Not Start..... Follow along as I troubleshoot the problem. Using the Ford Solenoid assists with voltage drop in that it only takes 6 volts to engage then send 12 volts to the solenoid on the starter. I think that this was the issue I was having until I still had the issue of the starter clicking on ignition.
