Tuesdays with Grażynka! In today's episode, we've prepared a classic Silesian dinner for you. We'll show you how to make pork tenderloin roulade, Silesian dumplings, and red cabbage. For the roulade, you'll need ground meat, diced bacon, onion, pickled cucumber, pork tenderloin, mustard, and the spices you'll find in the video. For the dumplings, we use 2 kg of boiled potatoes pressed through a ricer, one egg, and potato flour. The exact proportions are shown in the video. For the red cabbage, prepare half a head of red cabbage, one apple, lemon juice, salt, pepper, two tablespoons of sugar, and a dash of oil. For the full recipe and instructions, watch the video.
