What does it mean to visualize 5, 10, 15 years? We see it in our children's growth. But how about our inner growth? To me, a long-term journal is a reminder to stay present, not to be afraid to feel and experience life with our hearts, and to remember that what seems the most insignificant moments are what make our lives apart from others.
