Hello everyone! New pétanque video today, with two very simple tips for practicing your shots with varying degrees of tension, and therefore for doing two things, as you see fit depending on the context of the game or the terrain: shoot more "straight," that is, land directly on the boule you are aiming for, without touching the ground beforehand. This is useful when the terrain is very bouncy (plaster, tarmac, etc.) or when there is a target in front of the boule (either a jack, and knocking it out wouldn't help you because you have an advantage in the end, and it would be silly to cancel it, or a boule that belongs to you and is near the jack, which you should therefore also leave in place). Conversely, you might want to aim slightly ahead of the target ball, for example, in the precision shooting exercise where you have to shoot the ball located between two other balls, or partially, to try and knock out a jack that's 10-15 cm in front if you're having trouble during the end.
