Milling machine chip swarf guard
This is the mill and lathe swarf (chips) guard setup I'm trying out. The polycarbonate is from Amazon and I milled slots to fit onto my 4" Curt vice. Existing slots work on a 6" Kurt vice out of the box. An example of the Rockler chip guard modified onto a magnetic base is also shown.
