In Bauru, in the interior of São Paulo, a 102-year-old man has been attracting attention for his energy and unusual routine. Antônio Medeiros, born on April 15, 1924, goes to the gym every day at five in the morning, surprising residents and even those who meet him for the first time. The 'Domingo Espetacular' team followed the elderly man's routine, who arrives early for training and maintains a sequence of exercises with discipline and determination. "Strong and healthy," Antônio summarizes when talking about his state of health, assuring that he remains happy and in good spirits, even after more than a century of life. The city's residents are impressed by Antônio's vitality and admit that many didn't imagine he was over 100 years old. "It's difficult, but it's possible," commented a shopkeeper upon learning the retiree's age. Others highlight the lifestyle and quality of life in Bauru as factors that may contribute to longevity.
