It's said that it's harder to build muscle in your 50s, but depending on how you do it, it's entirely possible to build more muscle than you did in your younger years. I've personally experienced this. So, I'd like to share my personal thoughts on the three elements I focus on in order to build muscle even in my 50s: strength training, diet, and rest, as well as the mindset needed to continue building my body.
