Heat cramps and heat exhaustion are possible, with prolonged exposure likely to result in heat stroke. PRECAUTIONARY GUIDELINES AND TIPS: Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day and avoid caffeine or alcohol. Limit outdoor activities: If you need to go out, try to avoid direct sun exposure, especially during peak hours between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
