Eurythmics - Sweet Dreams (Dave Angel Nightmare Mix)

RETROSPECTIVE LOOKBACK - CHAPTER 81 UK Techno legend Dave Angel commenced his transition to production with an audacious but in retrospect, all time great, bootleg remix of the anthem Sweet Dreams by Eurythmixs. Annie lennox and Dave Stewart somehow heard the remix (pirate radio from my recollection) and contact Dave to officially sign the record as they absolutely loved the rework. Undoubtedly, one of my mist played records during my DJ campaign all around the world back in the early 90's. For Dave, a debut record of this magnitude signalled only greatness and 2 decades later the great man cemented his place into electronica folklore.
