The terms "burner switch," "energy regulator," "infinite switch," and "surface element control switch" can all refer to the same component in a Samsung electric range. These switches regulate the power to the surface elements, allowing you to adjust the heat output and turn the burner on and off. They are often used interchangeably to describe the same part that controls the heat intensity of the surface element. A Samsung range triple burner switch, also known as a surface element control switch or infinite switch, regulates the heat and controls the power supplied to a triple-size burner element on a Samsung electric range.
