The shifting methods are: The Hug Method, Lucid Dream Method, Kiyoko and Julia Methods, Cinn's Method, The Eye and The Goddess Method! In my experience (as someone with partial Aphantasia) the Lucid Dream, Julia, and Eye Methods work well. Don't take my word as fact though!
