On this occasion, we speak with Claudia Godoy Orellana, a special education teacher passionate about inclusion and educational leadership. She holds a Master's degree in Direction and Leadership for Educational Management and is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Granada. Claudia has dedicated her career to inclusion, diversity, and educational policies, from the classroom to the Ministry of Education. Her experience as an academic, school leadership professional, and director of special schools has allowed her to develop a comprehensive view of the challenges facing Chilean education today.
