Live at Bubudzuki's -- Cameron Perry Fraser - 'A Light Brighter Than All the Rest'

LIVE AT BUBUDZUKI'S EPISODE FIVE This is the first official Local Legends episode, featuring my friend and neighbor, the amazing Cameron Perry Fraser. Cameron has a PHD and masters in music from University of Washington and Columbia, respectively. -- Uh... I THINK he's knows what he's talkin' about. -- He has a long long history of making sound art, playing in rad bands, producing, building instruments and scoring films. A couple personal favorites of mine: anything from the Loquats and Ebi Revolution. It never got old, so I would leave extra time to experiment with the 'wall-o-amps' guitar symphony blends. I love the textural counterpoints and how beautifully interwoven the bed of tape samples work with the ethereal guitar work. The timing of everything seems perfectly instinctual and just resonates. Extremely proud to release this new piece from my friend, Cameron.
