What happens when you play Pokémon FireRed using only Alakazam from the very start? In this challenge run, I begin my journey with a fully evolved Alakazam and attempt to beat the entire Kanto region using just one Pokémon. Every Gym Leader and Rival battle becomes a test of how far Alakazam can carry the game on its own, with no teammates and no switching allowed. With massive Speed and Special Attack, Alakazam can sweep a lot of fights—but FireRed still throws in some tough level checks and matchup challenges that force smart play and careful planning. The focus of this run is seeing how the game plays out with only one Pokémon from the beginning. Just Alakazam vs. the entire region.
