KAWASAKI Z1300 - 6-CYLINDROWY Retro-Killer

#motobanda #motorcycle #kawasaki #kawasakiz1300 This episode is sponsored by SECA. We ride Kawasaki Z1300s in their clothing! Today's world needs crazy people. People with imagination. People like Bogdan. A Kawasaki turbofan who lives and breathes motorcycles from the "Greens" and isn't afraid to entrust them to us. We're talking about expensive, unique, and powerful motorcycles like the Kawasaki Ninja H2 or the limited-edition Kawasaki ZX-10R. Yes, a superbike, and one signed by multiple WSBK champion Jonathan Rea. We're talking about that kind of stuff. And the motorcycle we'll show you today was just like that. 40 years ago: a Kawasaki Z1300. Overloaded with power to the limit, powerful, and dominant. Riding them must have been a truly electrifying experience decades ago. That last bit hasn't gone out of style, by the way. What is the origin of this motorcycle? Half a century ago, 6-cylinder inline engines were looked upon with hope. Increasing the number of cylinders seemed to be the next step in motorcycle development. The inline 6-cylinder engine is the smallest possible combustion engine, perfectly balancing the forces acting within it. The advantages? Fantastic smooth operation, excellent performance, a lack of vibration, trouble-free cooling, and a uniform, piercing sound. What's left of this? Well, not much... Aside from the BMW K1600 GT and the Gold Wing (flat-six), you won't find 6-cylinder engines in modern motorcycles. The latest announcement of such an engine entering production was made by the Chinese company Benda, presenting a 1700cc inline 6-cylinder engine. At motorcycle rallies, if you're lucky, you can spot individual examples of iconic machines from decades past: the Benelli 900 Sei, the Honda CBX 1000, or the Kawasaki Z1300. Why didn't motorcycle history move towards the R6? We have a few guesses. First: the bizarre engine width. Second: production costs. Third: complex servicing. Fourth: the lack of advanced bodywork capable of meeting the performance. Once motorcycle frames, suspension, brakes, and other components started to catch up, these engines became a curiosity. Six cylinders in a motorcycle were a dead end, but also a show of dominance, a flexing of muscles, not a proposition for the masses. What are the impressions of riding such a motorcycle? 00:00 - You have to have balls to drive this... 01:53 - Model history 03:24 - Engine, numbers, and performance 04:50 - Driving impressions 06:02 - Inline-6 07:38 - Flaws from another era 09:18 - A classic? 10:28 - Bodgan in action! ► Patryk (height: 180 cm, weight: 74 kg) Clothing in the video: Helmet: Scorpion EXO-R1 Evo II Air (https://motobanda.pl/sklep/produkt/ka...)
