[PSO2] phantom is (still) pretty funky

A revisit. 2 of 4. Now with gameplay more representative of endgame-level encounters. Out of all my old showcase videos, Phantom's was probably the worst on account of it being my first. Three years, one guide video, and many hundreds of hours later... I know how to play it, but it still ended up being my least-used class for harder endgame quests in both JP and GL servers. Much of it was me not having any tech-affixed units to run Rod on account of being specced mainly into melee and ranged. The rest was Rifle and Katana being pretty quirky with its i-frames when it came to dodge counters (and with Katana specifically, having no i-frames when popping markers). And so I ended up not fully gearing the class. Still, it's got a funky groove to it. Might not be great for the later Divides, but was fun to use for dailies and seasonals.
