David Hurn - Swaps and personal Photography collections
Magnum photographer David Hurn tells Ffoton the story behind his 'Swaps' - exchanging signed photographic prints with many of the world's top photographers, Magnum colleagues and other up and coming photographers throughout his career. And to ensure the collection of over 700 images is seen by the public, along with 1500 of his own work taken during his 60 year career, Hurn and National Museum Wales announced on 17th May 2017 that a new dedicated photography gallery will open at the Museum in Cardiff in September 2017.
