Project Pan comes from the beauty and creator community and is derived from "hitting the pan" (meaning reaching the end of a powder product). It's a conscious effort to completely use up cosmetics and skincare products before buying new ones. The goal: Less consumption, more mindfulness of what you own, less beauty clutter, and you save some money along the way.
