19,900V Power Line Arcing off a Tree!!

oui oh OH DEAR 11:14 Well this happened! The powerline arced 6 times, I got 4 of them in this video! This is a 19kv single phase span off of the main 19/35kv lines for my town, no fuse from the main lines to this pole and there is one full tension span and one low tension span on this line. The arcs didn't last very long since there's a recloser just down the road that kept tripping. That's why the arcs stopped while the branch was still on the wire.
