Do fraternity and sorority humiliation and initiation rituals have long-term effects on the soul? Anything we do that pushes our soul into a sinking hole to please someone else must be healed. Since social media has been a vehicle for Frats and Sorors to share their photos and events, with all of us non-secret society members, I can't help but wonder if any of this is fit for a Christian who professes Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord. There are quite a few Christians who are obeying God's voice to leave these secret organizations alone and are speaking out about the humiliation rituals. Many who took the oaths of brotherhood and sisterhood put their souls and dignity on the altar to be accepted and pledged. However, when the process is all over, who have you become?
